Event-Exhibitor Guidelines
Exhibit space is free.
Exhibits must be related to salmon or their habitat.
Set-up will begin at 9:30 a.m. and must be completed by 10:30 a.m.
Exhibitors' vehicles are not permitted to enter the park; temporarily park near the Nature Center to offload your exhibit. Volunteers will
direct you to your space and assist with carrying/carting display materials. Special arrangements will be made for exhibits that are exceptionally heavy
or large.
Parking: Once you have offloaded your exhibit, park in the back end of the lot at the intersection of N Mountain Ave and Hersey St. Walk back to the event via the bike path through the park, accessed at the end of the lot (signs will guide you).
Vending is not permitted due to an ordinance that prohibits private sales in Ashland parks. Please promote and advertise your products,
services, actions or ideas.
The event will take place rain or shine! Please commit to being at the event if you register.
One table per exhibit will be provided. (We will NOT provide chairs.) We strongly suggest that you provide chair/s, tent/shelter.
The tabletops are notso-aesthetical-pleasing plywood; we suggest bringing a tablecloth to cover your table.
Please have a representative at your exhibit throughout the event.
More than one exhibit staff person is recommended so that exhibitors can visit other displays, network, have a snack and enjoy the event.
Food and beverages will be available for sale at the concession building. Exhibitors can purchase items at the side window of concessions.
Exhibits are Activity Based and are required to fit within the theme: "Salmon People Recalling the Past, Working for the Future!"
Fly casting with the Rogue Flyfishers!
